A Big Day for Jonathan

Today was a big day for our baby boy. He cut his first tooth! I figured it was time as our usually happy boy has had a little grumpy time every day or so for the past couple of weeks, not to mention the drool and chomping on everything...

He also ate his first solids! I've been putting it off because, well, he didn't seem all that interested and I'm not loving the idea of the additional food prep, clean-up, etc... but, he's been acting extra hungry lately (he's quite a growing boy!), so we decided it was finally time to try out rice cereal. It was a hit! He's a natural eater ;).

Benjamin LOVED feeding Jonathan, too-- he really did a great job... he's such a sweet big brother!

My Beautiful Boys

My sister-in-law graciously did another family photo-shoot for us-- she's SO great! (Thanks, Becky!!!!). We'll get all the pics Thanksgiving, but for now she emailed us a few she edited. This one in particular I absolutely LOVE! These are my beautiful boys, my sweet sons. They are truly delightful and the joys of my life.

Thank heavens for little boys! :)

We are Thankful for... a fun Halloween!

Though we are now well into November, with our computer finally back up and running, we can share our Halloween fun. :) We went to the Halloween Carnival at Dustin's school-- so fun! We also took Benjamin (our cute little Jack-o-Latern) trick-or-treating through the offices, where he collected enough candy to last till Christmas. Jonathan (the sweetest little scarecrow you ever saw :) ) enjoyed watching all the kids running around in their costumes... though he did get tired out toward the end. Later that evening, Benjamin helped us hand out candy until his sugar-high eventually wore off and went to bed. We had a very happy family day! Enjoy the pics!
